Exchanges and Replacements: If your order was sent incorrectly, please call us at 706-614-5466 or email us at Incorrect orders that are missing parts, the wrong parts, etc.

DAMAGED GOODS: We ship most of our packages with UPS. Please carefully examine all of the packages delivered to you. If damage has occurred call UPS at 800-742-5877 within 24 hours or by the following business day after you receive the package(s) to file a damaged merchandise claim. Hold onto the merchandise, container and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS. You order is insured through UPS.

Restocking Fee: For standard, off the shelf items we will determine the need for charging a Restocking Fee on a case-by-case basis; depending on the circumstances the Restocking Fee is 20%

Returns MUST Be Authorized In Advance - If your item has not been damaged in shipment, please follow these guidelines. If your purchased goods are standard items( not custom-made or special order) you may return them (a restocking fee may apply). However, before any merchandise can be returned, you must get a pre-approval by requesting a Return Authorization number. Authorization can be obtained by contacting us and discussing the situation. Once an agreement is obtained we will fax or email you the Return Authorization paperwork. Then you may return the merchandise with the RA# clearly printed on the outside of the box (es) to the address indicated on the RA Form. Return freight charges are your responsibility. If the item is defective, we will repair or replace it and send the item back to you at our cost.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Unopened chemicals may be returned freight pre-paid at any time. No refund on opened chemicals without authorization from company.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the continental USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
